A part of being intentional is also making sure you are taking intentional breaks. Sundays are my days of intentional rest. It feels good to know that I have a day of rest coming up.

Since I have been sick this past week my taste/craving for coffee has almost dropped to zero. I would drink probably on average 32oz a day maybe more whereas this week I am averaging 8oz. ☕
